Dual-Skin Downdraft Paint Booth

The Professional Downdraft is a classic downdraft paint booth design done right. Full downdraft airflow during the spray- and cure-cycles, energy-efficient components, and multiple configurations and options enable the Professional to suit virtually any paint booth operation, and any facility design, small or large.

Optional features such as drive-thru doors, VFD packages, AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System, and more mean that the Professional is perhaps the most versatile and economical dual-skin booth available today.

A look inside Professional:

  Hip-Light T-bar construction ceiling:

This classic downdraft ceiling design is simple in its construction and concept, and yields impressive performance. The full-filtered ceiling provides excellent air filtration and contaminant control, and the integrated hip-style ceiling lights provide excellent illumination inside the cabin.

• 12 high-efficiency 4-tube light fixtures
- 8 lights integrated into hip-light ceiling and 4 sidewall lights
• Dual-skin white pre-coated insulated panel construction
• 3-wing dual-skin insulated entry doors with drive-thru options
• Single-row exhaust pit standard, with three-row or raised basement options

BT Air Heater:

  Optional SP Air Heater:

BT Recirculating Heat System Specs:

High-efficiency direct fired system with re-circulating cure mode
- Increases productivity by using a 'cure' cycle to provide faster and better finishes than air-drying
- Pressurizes the paint booth to reduce dust entry from the outside environment
User-friendly, solid state CureTronic PLC remote control panel with digital display

SmartCure accelerated curing system reduces cure times up to 50%
- Programmable paint profiles eliminates guesswork
- SmartCure technology automatically knows what temperature is needed, at what time, and for exactly how long

Direct-drive intake motor
- No belts or pulleys to maintain
- More efficient performance

Modular exhaust and intake unit

Fuelled by natural gas or propane

Multi-stage filtration system extends paint booth filter life
- Fresh air is filtered before heating
- Re-circulated air is filtered before re-entering the spray booth

Key-locked main control panel to prevent non-authorized access

Optional AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System:

AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System is optional on the Professional. Adding AdvanceCure to the interior of the booth vastly improves the productivity of the equipment. AdvanceCure introduces controlled turbulence into the paint booth during the flash-off and cure cycles to rapidly draw vapors out of the painted surfaces. This increased airflow dramatically reduces the amount of time required for each paint job, and in turn, increases the profitability of your body shop. AdvanceCure speeds curing of both solvent-based and waterborne paints, so you can be sure that your finishing operation will improve today, and well into the future.

Optional Equipment:

- Drive-thru configurations
- Working length extensions
- Raised platform (for installations where pit extraction not possible)
- Three-row pit, 21' long
- Fire suppression system
- AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System
