Roof/Ceiling: Consists of 5/8" plywood covered with one-piece single ply membrane that features a 20-year warranty supported with 18-gauge steel joists that are 7" deep and spaced at 12" on center. Two layers of 5/8" gypsum board are attached and then covered with 18-gauge white epoxy coated steel panels. Steel Grating: 1" bars painted black. Floor Support: 6" steel beams run the entire length of the housing and are positioned for holding heavy capacities. Ventilation System: 400 CFM for optimum air exchange rating.Ramp: Access ramp fabricated from heavy-duty plate steel. One-piece fabrication without welding points providing non-corrosive, long life finish. 6:1 ratio run to rise 12" H x 70-1/2" L x 33" W. Extra Large Spill Containment: Sump holds 30% of locker's liquid storage capacity surpassing regulatory and FM requirements. This system includes an agent storage tank, actuator, quick release, flow nozzles, 212° F. fusible link, pull-station, and alarm. UL listed and FM approval. Building Code Compliance: For compliance with International, Uniform, National and Standard Building codes: -Additional 6" of sump height to contain 20 minutes of sprinkler water plus single largest container. -Totally non-combustible ceiling in addition to fire rating. - Adaptions to accept ducting at explosion relief panels.
