This increased airflow dramatically reduces the amount of time required for each paint job, and in turn, increases the profitability of your body shop. AdvanceCure speeds curing of both solvent-based and waterborne paints, so you can be sure that your finishing operation will improve today, and well into the future. | | | | | | Optional Equipment: CONCEPT Spray Booth Cabin Options: -Cabin extensions to 27' long, with or without lights -Drive-Thru door packages -4-wing entry door upgrades - not including Crossdraft -3 row exhaust pit or raised basement - Downdraft only -4-Tube or 6-Tube corner lights -Pressurizing plenum packages - Side-Downdraft or Semi-Downdraft models -Exhaust yoke package - for Crossdraft -Additional personnel access doors -Paint mix rooms available in free-standing, attached, or vestibule designs -Cabins designed to accept fire suppression systems. - AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System BT1200 Optional Equipment: -Non-heated units available -1.5 million BTU upgrade -15hp intake motor upgrade -Twin Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) packages -Natural Gas or propane fuel options -Side, rear, or roof-mounted units available | | Code Compliance: NFPA-33 Standard for spray application using flammable or combustible materials NFPA-86 Standard for ovens and furnaces NFPA-91 Standard for exhaust systems for air conveying of materials NFPA-101 Life Safety Code NFPA-70 National Electric Code OSHA Safety and Health Standards (29 CFR 1910, 1910.107) BOCA National Fire Prevention Code; National Building Code; National Mechanical Code ICBO Uniform Fire Code Article 45 SBCCI Standard Fire Prevention Code ICC International Building Code ICC International Fire Code Chapter 15 This booth has been reviewed and approved by: ETL Equipment Testing Laboratory report # 3049856 Cabin All Fixtures are ETL approved for hazardous locations.
